Darvina Day had a vision for direct hire placements for many years. After working for 12 years in Staffing and Recruiting firms, she launched Aurora Direct Staffing, LLC in 2015. We recruit in many different fields. Her motto has always been "If you have a need, we have the team." She never stopped pushing herself to make her dreams come true and is passionate in the work she does for her employees and the companies she provides a service to.
